Six nights

Six nightson Ukulhas.

Six nights is the length most people should book. It is the point where the ocean morning stops being the whole holiday and becomes one good day inside a week, and where you can afford a day with nothing on it.

The price

20% off the separate prices, in every season.

The struck figure is what the same room, the same transfers and the same excursion cost bought separately. It is not an old rate.

Why six is the one we recommend

Take off the arrival day and the departure morning and you still have five clear days. That is the difference between a trip you have to plan and a week that can absorb a bad-weather morning without losing anything.

It gives you the ocean day, and a day for the house reef, and a day on the beach that starts with breakfast and does not have a second item. If you want a second excursion — fishing at sunset, a sandbank picnic, a day island-hopping — six nights is the shortest stay where adding one does not squeeze everything else.

It is also where the ladder starts to pay. Six nights costs $200 more than three, which is less than two extra nights at the standard Value rate — for three extra nights.

6 nights suits you if This is your Maldives trip rather than a stop on a longer route, or you are travelling far enough that a short stay is not worth the flights.

Consider nine nights if you would rather not think about the calendar at all.

Adding nights

Extra nights are charged at the standard seasonal rate — $100 Value · $150 Regular · $200 Peak, for two with breakfast. Seven or eight nights is a straightforward calculation and we will send you the figure.

If your dates cross two seasons, each night is priced by the season it falls in, not by the month you arrive.

A second excursion

The 4-in-1 is included. Anything else — sunset fishing, island hopping, a sandbank day, diving with one of the island's centres — we arrange separately and quote when you ask. Six nights is comfortable for one more without the week feeling scheduled.

What we can arrange

Questions

Before you send your dates.

When during the week does the ocean trip happen?
Once, on the morning that suits the weather and the sea best. We watch the forecast and tell you the day before. Six nights gives us enough room to choose well.
Are manta ray sightings guaranteed?
No. Wildlife is never guaranteed. We know the areas they gather in and we take you to them, but what turns up that morning is not ours to promise.
Can we eat dinner at Madi?
Breakfast is included. We arrange half board and full board on request — tell us which and we will quote it. There are also around a dozen restaurants on Ukulhas, several very well reviewed, all a short walk away.
Can we bring a child?
Yes. The prices here are for two adults, so send us your dates and your child's age and we will price it properly.
What if the weather is poor for part of the week?
It rarely costs you the excursion, because we have six mornings to choose from.
When do we pay?
At check-in, on arrival.

Tell us your dates.

Send the dates you have in mind. We will check the room and the speedboat and come back with the exact price, usually the same day.
